23 November 2022 13 December 2022 Time: 0900-1700 This epilepsy training course aims to give an understanding of the causes and triggers of a seizure. The course will also explain what to do in the event of a seizure. Learning outcomes; -Define Epilepsy – Causes of Seizure -Discuss the incidence of Epilepsy -Discuss the pathophysiology of seizure -Identify different types of seizure -Discuss the management of seizure -Discuss the administration of Midazolam and side effects -Discuss emergency protocol for seizure and follow up care
